In our agency, our main goal has always been to become the most highly recommended recruitment agency in KZN. Consequently, we were delighted to be voted the 3rd Best Recruitment Agency in KZN, in the "Your Choice" awards run by the Daily News and the Pavilion in 2007 |
In 2003, Studentemps and Pro Appointments was awarded the Marketing Role of Honour and Small Business Marketer of the Year by the Marketing Federation of South Africa.

In the same year, Cindy Norcott (Owner) was awarded the title of Regional winner for the Business Women's Association's Entrepreneur of the Year Competition. |
Also that same year Cindy was nominated as one of Cosmopolitan's 29 Awesome women of the year in South Africa.

In 2004, Cindy was awarded the title of Sanlam's Business Owner of the Year for May, in conjunction with SABC's 3 Talk. |

In December 2006, Cindy was nominated as one of the ten finalists in the Durban Chamber Standard Bank's Business Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. |

In July 2008, Cindy Norcott was given an award by the IPM (Institute of People Management) for her contribution to the community for The Robin Hood Foundation. |
