Client in the Steel industry is looking for a  Internal Sales Representative.
  
The Internal sales representative plays a critical role in developing sales strategies for existing customers as well to attract new clients.
The sales representative will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales targets. The incumbent plays a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.  
 
Key Performance Areas:
§ Comprehensive understanding and ability to compile costings and quotations.
§ Strong ability to convert quotes into newly awarded business.
§ Continuous monitoring and management of accurate stock levels and processed sizes to ensure that customer requirements are met timeously.
§ Receiving and efficiently attending to and resolving of customer complaints/queries.
§ Strong ability to negotiate and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within Customer base and market segment.
§ Managing, tracking and expediting Customer orders, with the aim to exceed delivery and service expectation.
 
   
Must be able to work in an environment that comply to:

§ Basic conditions of Employment Act
 
Requirements:
    • Senior certificate
    • Advanced levels of computer proficiency including the full suite of MS Office(MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Knowledge of steel products
    • 1-2 years’ experience as an internal sales representative at a medium to large manufacturing concern
