Cindy has a passion for recruitment and she leads a team of dynamic, motivated consultants and support staff. Cindy has a Social Science degree and she is a qualified business coach, accomplished motivational speaker and a well-known business personality. Cindy has a heart for the poor and is also the founder and chairperson of the Robin Hood Foundation.

"Since leaving university in 1990, I wanted to work in the recruitment industry and I have thoroughly enjoyed this journey. This is one industry where we really have a major impact on the lives of the candidates that we come into contact with on a daily basis, offering them hope, advice and support. Patricia has worked at Pro Appointments since May 2006 and has occupied the position of Admin Manager overseeing staff and the operations of the company. Patricia also handles IT, administration and Finance.

Stacey is a recruitment consultant who has a B Comm Honours in Marketing. Stacey has 6 years experience in a client services environment.

Desh is studying towards her National Diploma in Human Resources. Desh has more than 7 years experience in Payroll Administration and accounts. Desh is a valuable all rounder who is supporting all divisions of the company. Desh handles outsourced payrolls and she provides an administration support to our busy consultants. Desh also handles some of Pro Appointments key contract accounts.
