Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager
 
Responsibilities include the following:
    • Plan and oversee Organic Social Media calendar for two main SM accounts – you’ll have an assistant to schedule and execute the organic posts
    • Plan and oversee the Organic Social Media calendar for member SM accounts (we manage about 60 accounts) – your SM assistant will liaise with store owners and schedule the posts
    • Conceptualising, creating, executing Paid campaigns for two main campaigns as well as for 60 Member Accounts – you will have an assistant to help with this but you will be responsible for analysis of data and strategy
    • Knowledge of a wide variety of platforms – the two main platforms currently is Facebook and Instagram – and potentially investigate other platforms  
    • Liaise with Content/Inbound Marketing Specialists to co-plan SM and Content Marketing strategies
    • Liaise with Google Partners to co-plan Paid Campaigns and strategise for best results
    • Always be ahead of the game (particularly competitors) – what is new in digital marketing and how does it impact specific industry
    • Analysis and reporting of campaigns
 
Experience & Requirements
    • Matric and relevant qualification or proven record of Social Media Management and results of campaigns
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience
    • Extensive working experience with paid advertisements   
    • Experience with campaigns on a project basis
    • Member (. store owners) facing and customer service focused
    • Experience with or knowledge of CRM (preferably HubSpot or similar CRM – this will put you ahead of other candidates)
