Actively approach targeted business and local government clients
Search for new client leads.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Manage sales team and develop their competencies in line with best practice
Building and meeting the B2B budget
Co-responsible for the brand image & positioning of the business
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide B2B sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the B2B sales and support departments
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Business Management / Sales qualification
Experience in dealing with Local government, corporate and SMME markets
Experience in and exposure to SETAs- advantageous
Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
Good corporate network
Previous working experience as a B2B National Sales
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
Analytical and data driven problem solver
