Infrastructure Engineer

Our client based in the Western Cape is seeking a Infrastructure Engineer.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/ Diploma

• Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies eg. IP PBX, Genesys, Asterisk

• Comptia Linux+ Certification

• Comptia Security+ Certification

• Microsoft SQL Certification

• LCP – Linux Certified Professional

Required

• Comptia A+ and N+ Certification

• Comptia Server+ or Microsoft Server Certification

Experience and Skills

Required

• VOIP / SIP

• Network / Diagnostic / Wireshark

• Windows Clustering

• Backup and Recovery

• Internet Information Services (IIS)

• Windows Servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)

• Linux (Ubuntu)

• Helpdesk and SLA Experience (Min 5 years in Corporate or Managed Service Environment)

• Problem Solving

• Vmware Vsphere / ESXi

Advantageous

• Contact Centre Environments and Systems

• Asterix

• Nginx

• FreePBX

• Disaster Recovery

• Risk Assessment

• SonicWall Firewall

• Firewall / Security Experience

• Storage Systems Experience
