IT Systems and Support Administrator
Job requirements:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems (wired and wireless)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices (remote and onsite) – remote will include users in UK and Spain.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Administering data and network security for departments including system firewalls, antivirus, group policy and email security
- Providing training to fellow employees about network security and the best computer usage practices
- Providing training to fellow employees on how to use the provided software and hardware.
- Creating, analyzing, reporting, converting, and transferring data through systems using application software
- Additional requirements may come up from time of starting and you need to be adaptable and willing to learn.

- Access Delta
- Sophos Security (antivirus)
- VMWare vSphere
- Veaam backup
Qualifications and Skills:
Required: CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ and Security+ (or equivalent). Non-negotiable
Preferred: SQL view/query writing knowledge
Advantageous: Powe BI and Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge
