 IT Systems and Support Administrator
 
Job requirements:
    • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
    • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems (wired and wireless)
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
    • Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
    • Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices (remote and onsite) – remote will include users in UK and Spain.
    • Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
    • Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
    • Administering data and network security for departments including system firewalls, antivirus, group policy and email security
    • Providing training to fellow employees about network security and the best computer usage practices
    • Providing training to fellow employees on how to use the provided software and hardware.
    • Creating, analyzing, reporting, converting, and transferring data through systems using application software
    • Additional requirements may come up from time of starting and you need to be adaptable and willing to learn.

    • Windows 10/11/Server 2016
    • Mac OS
    • Microsoft Office 365,
    • Microsoft Dynamics GP
    • Access Delta
    • Sophos Security (antivirus)
    • VMWare vSphere
    • Veaam backup
 
Qualifications and Skills:
Required: CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ and Security+ (or equivalent). Non-negotiable
Preferred: SQL view/query writing knowledge
Advantageous: Powe BI and Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge
