Our client, a manufacturing company based in Loskop- is looking for a Senior HR Generalist in LOSKOP (candidates should live in and around the Ladysmith/Estcourt/Bergville area) .
 
Own transport essential
 
Qualifications
  • Human Resources Management/ Social Science / Psychology Degree would be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, openly and honestly.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IR related legislation, the process to follow within and the regulations attached to IR.
  • Ability and willingness to Travel to all sites in the group (Hammarsdale/Loskop) – Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
 
Experience
Manage Payroll Sage/ VIP Payroll
5 – 7 years proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.
 
R 35000K CTC
